文章结合干线公路设计咨询工程实例,具体阐述公路勘察新理念在公路技术标准的选用、路线设计、路基设计及交叉设计中的应用。首次提出在老路扩建时灵活运用横向力系数,并在法律容许的条件下宽容超速,确保安全舒适的同时充分利用老路资源,降低工程造价。提倡路线交叉转向交通的分流不应局限于节点解决,而应置于大的路网中分析优化。文章还对其他可能存在的专业问题提出解决方法,研究成果对目前国内大规模的干线公路改扩建工程建设有借鉴作用。
Combining with the design example of trunk highway, this article elaborates the application of the new concept of highway survey in the selection of technical standards, route design, subgrade design and cross design. It is proposed for the first time to make full use of the lateral force coefficient when expanding the old road and to allow speeding when it is permitted by law to ensure safety and comfort while making full use of the old road resources and reducing the construction cost. Advocating the diversion of cross-steering traffic routes should not be limited to node solutions, but should be placed in a large road network analysis and optimization. The article also puts forward solutions to other possible professional problems. The research results have a reference to the large-scale expansion and reconstruction of trunk roads in China at present.
