2007年12月,第七届华东政法大学公司法律论坛顺利举行。本论坛自2001年来,邀请了诸多境内外著名学者,主要就该年度中公司法的热点、疑点、难点问题进行探讨。本届论坛邀请到了香港城市大学的顾敏康教授、南京大学的吴建斌教授,以及扬州大学的钱玉林教授。三位在公司法学界颇有造诣的专家针对《公司法》实施中出现的疑难问题,为华东政法大学的师生们带来了三堂精彩纷呈的演讲。
In December 2007, the Seventh East China University of Political Science and Law Company Law Forum was successfully held. Since 2001, this forum has invited many famous scholars both at home and abroad to discuss the hot issues, doubts and difficulties of the company law in this year. This forum invited Professor Gu Minkang from City University of Hong Kong, Professor Wu Jianbin from Nanjing University and Professor Qian Yulin from Yangzhou University. Three well-accomplished experts in the corporate law field dealt with difficult problems in the implementation of the Company Law and brought three brilliant speeches to teachers and students of East China University of Political Science and Law.
