卵巢癌是危害妇女的常见的恶性肿瘤,因临床症状不明显,不易早期诊断。据统计最多有30%的卵巢癌病人能做到早期诊断,而70%的卵巢癌病人都是在肿瘤已生长很大或肿瘤已发生转移时才被发现。因此,寻找灵敏的和早期的诊断方法是迫切需要的。近几年在卵巢癌病人血清酶谱方面作了不少研究工作,也初步找出了几种与卵巢癌关系密切的酶作为卵巢癌标记酶使用,现将几种有关的酶介绍如下。一、半乳糖转移酶和唾液酸转移酶这两种酶是糖基转移酶,是催化糖蛋白寡糖链合成的一类酶。 (一)半乳糖转移酶(Galactosyltransferase,简称GT):此酶催化尿二磷-半乳糖(UDP-GAL)中的半乳糖转移到要合成
