本文介绍了卵形齿轮主要参数的计算公式,其中着重分祈了测量卵形齿轮所需的参数如节曲线,公法线长度,跨棒距(M值)的计算,指出了国外某些结果的近似性,并给出了测量实例。文中所作的分析和计算为制定卵形齿轮精度标准以及为实现某些参数的测量提供了理论依据。所提出的方法可供其它非圆齿轮参数计算时参考。
This paper introduces the calculation formula of the main parameters of the oval gear. The parameters of the oval gear such as nodal curve, common normal length and the calculation of the span value (M value) are emphatically analyzed. The results of some foreign results Approximation, and gives a measurement example. The analysis and calculation made in this paper provide a theoretical basis for setting the standard of precision of oval gear and measuring some parameters. The proposed method can be used for other non-circular gear parameters calculation reference.
