介绍了FANUC弧焊机器人系统在奇瑞车架焊接上的应用。从FANUC弧焊机器人焊接控制系统硬件构成、程序框图、焊接指令、焊接参数般置以及系统优点等方面进行了阐述。使用弧焊机器人对车架进行焊接,为提高焊接质童、稳定性、工作效率,预防弧焊对人体的伤害创造了条件。弧焊机器人在焊接领域的应用,大大推动了自动化悍接技术的发展。 The application of FANUC arc welding robot system on the welding of Chery frame is introduced. This paper elaborates the hardware structure, program block diagram, welding instructions, welding parameter setting and system advantages of FANUC arc welding robots welding control system. Using arc welding robot to weld the frame, in order to improve the welding quality, stability, work efficiency, prevent arc welding to human injury created the conditions. Arc welding robot in the field of welding applications, greatly promoted the development of automated technology.
