过氧化物酶体异常是一组遗传性疾病,是由过氧化物酶体形成障碍或过氧化物酶体的一种或多种功能障碍引起。作者报道了1例胎儿及新生儿肾上腺皮质功能不全的患儿,其过氧化物酶体异常与已知的不同。
Peroxisomal abnormalities are a group of inherited diseases caused by peroxisomal formation disorders or one or more dysfunction of the peroxisome. The authors report a case of fetal and neonatal adrenal insufficiency in children whose peroxisomal abnormalities are known to be different.
