经治腹部外伤共192例,现报告如下:临床资料本组男165例,女27例,男女比例6.1:1,年龄5～67岁, 平均年龄31岁.其中闭合性损伤169例,开放性损伤23例.致伤原因:车祸伤69例.坠落伤21例.撞击伤62例,挤压伤29例.牲畜致伤2例,利器伤6例,医源性肠破裂3例.受伤部位:脾破裂95例,小肠穿孔39例,肝破裂7例,十二指肠穿孔(DTI)6例,肾挫伤35例,横结肠穿孔2例,乙状结肠穿孔1例,腹直肌断裂1例,骨盆骨折9例.腹腔大血管破裂2例.

Abdominal large vessel rupture in 2 cases.
