本文就火炮手轮力对炮手工作负荷及系统工效的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,炮手的瞄准作业工作负荷很高,各种手轮力条件下炮手的平均工作心率在每分钟165至190次之间。负荷大小不仅取决于手轮力,而且和火炮的转动惯量有直接关系。手轮力的加大会降低系统工效,即瞄准误差加大,瞄准时间增长,在手轮力降低到一定值之后,进一步减小手轮力时对炮手负荷及系统工效不再产生明显的影响。瞄准前体力负荷较大的作业会降低炮手瞄准作业能力,从而降低系统的工效。
In this paper, the experimental study on the influence of artillery hand wheel force on gunner workload and system ergonomics has been carried out. The results showed that the gunner’s aiming work was very heavy and the average working heart rate of the gunner varied between 165 and 190 times per minute under various hand wheel forces. The size of the load depends not only on the hand wheel force, but also on the moment of inertia of the artillery. The increase of the hand wheel force will reduce the system ergonomics, that is, the aiming error increases and the aiming time increases. After the hand wheel force is reduced to a certain value, further reduction of the hand wheel force will no longer have a significant impact on gunner load and system ergonomics. Targeting pre-heavier loads will reduce the gunner’s ability to aim at the job, thereby reducing the system’s work efficiency.
