国家“十二五”规划纲要指出:“把深入实施西部大开发战略放在区域发展总体战略优先位置,给予特殊政策支持”。目前西部大开发已进入加速发展阶段,成渝经济区、关中—天水经济区、广西北部湾经济区正成为西部地区三“增长极”。近其国务院批准并出台了《国务院关于支持云南省加快建设面向西南开放重要桥头堡的意见》,兰西格经济区、陕甘宁、“西三角”经济区和《新疆区域振兴规划》等正在制定或批复中。随着新一轮西部大开发战略的推进,西部地区建材工业的发展将呈现怎样的变化呢?
