输卵管银夹绝育术在我国已开展多年。在开展这项工作期间我站曾对3例银夹绝育术后数年因不适行银夹取出术,现对术中所见作临床报告如下。 一、临床资料 例1 绝育术后8年,施术期为产后2个月,哺乳期恶露净,未转经。术后即常感右下腹无周期性疼痛,抗炎治疗可缓解。近3～4个月腹痛逐渐加重,在外院诊断“右侧附件炎”。入院行盆腔X光摄片,发现右侧银夹位置上升。诊断:①右侧附件炎;
