产学研结合是职业教育办出特色的必由之路。如何加强与企业的联系,实行校企互动、产学研结合,是职业院校办学过程中永恒的主题。产学研结合中企业追求的是利益的最大化,学校的主要功能是培养人才,找到他们利益的结合点是校企互动的前提。通过分析我国职教办学历史和现状及趋势可知,行业协会在校企之间起着重要的沟通协调作用,行业协会的参与将进一步推动校企合作、产学研结合。
