Marczenko等曾应用三氯锡酸根络合铑配合阴离子与碱性染料孔雀绿、罗丹明6G与铑的浮迭光度法测定,灵敏度分别可达ε_(627nm)=3.4×10~5和ε_(530nm)=4.0×10~5。本文研究了在阿拉伯胶存在下,该配合阴离子与维多利亚蓝B的显色缔合反应,结果表明,在585nm处测定铑时,摩尔吸光系数可高达1.31×10~8。这在文献上是极为罕见的。在此之前,我们还对孔雀绿、结晶紫的相似显色体系光度法测定铑进行过研究。
Marczenko et al. Have used the trichlorositrate-complexed rhodium complex anion and alkaline dye malachite green, rhodamine 6G and rhodium for the determination of the fluorescence by the method of fluorescence spectrometry with sensitivity of 627nm = 3.4 × 10-5 and 530nm ) = 4.0 × 10 ~ 5. In this paper, the coloration reaction of the complex anions with Victoria Blue B in the presence of gum arabic was studied. The results showed that the molar extinction coefficient can reach as high as 1.31 × 10 ~ 8 when measuring rhodium at 585 nm. This is extremely rare in the literature. Prior to this, we also studied the photometric determination of rhodium with a similar color system of malachite green and crystal violet.
