某女,51岁,于28年前左侧和右侧面部相继出现麻痹,治疗后好转,但未恢复正常。1982年10月右侧面部出现片状水肿性红斑,痒,经对症治疗皮疹消退。一周后皮疹复发,并扩大,累及左侧面部及上、下唇部,融合成大片状,且日渐加重,影响进食。有磺胺过敏史。月经正常,生四个子女,其中一子有沟状舌。 体格检查:T、P及BP均正常,心肺未见异常。WBC6.5×10~9/L,N0.70,LO.28,M0.02;Hb 115g/L。纤维胃镜示“十二指肠溃疡”。心电图、脑电图、B超、胸片、纤维结肠镜等检查
