本文对30例功能性消化不良(FD)患者用普瑞博思进行治疗,以观察治疗疗效。普瑞博思5mg,每日三次,餐前15～30分钟温水吞服,连服4周,在治疗前一周及本次治疗期间停用影响本试验的药物。结果表明:治疗4周后显效率为60.00%,有效率为36.67%,总有效率为96.67%。治疗2周和治疗4周症状改善经两组等级资料秩和检验均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示:普瑞博思对各种原因引起的FD均能取得显著效果。同时,在本次观察中发现原有便秘的患者,有的长达数十年之久,服药后排便恢复正常。
In this paper, 30 patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) were treated with Pregabalin to observe the therapeutic effect. Pregabalin 5mg, three times a day, 15 to 30 minutes before eating swallowing warm water, and even for 4 weeks, the week before the treatment and the treatment of the affected period to disable the drugs. The results showed that after 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 60.00%, the effective rate was 36.67% and the total effective rate was 96.67%.
