转换经营机制,深化企业改革,建立现代企业制度,这是当前国有大中型企业改革和发展的必然趋势。企业思想政治工作如何适应新形势需要,不断改进方法,加大力度,提高效益,促进企业转机建制工作的顺利进行,这是思想政治工作者面临的一项重大课题,值得我们从理论与实践的结合上进行认真深入的探讨和思考。 一、建立现代企业制度是经营机制“破旧立新”的深刻变革,思想政治工作要适应形势发展的需要,就必须在继承优良传统的基础上不断创新 建立现代企业制度是我国正在进行的一项深刻变革,是从计划经济体制下的企业制度转变为适应市场经济体制要求的企业制度。企业内部和外部各种关系为适应新的企业制度,必将进行全面的调整、组合、变革和改进。思想政治工作作为社会主义企业管理教育的重要手段,在企业制度“破”与“立”的进程中,如何适应现代企业制度需要,通过对自身的调整、充实,达到改进和加强的目的,充分发挥教育群众、团结群众、引导群众的职能作用,为改革开放“鸣锣开道”,已成为影响企业经营机制改革的一个关键问题。从历史的经验教训来看,思想政治工作在改进中得到加强,就会促进改革和发展的深化;思想政治工作在变革中受到削弱,企业的发展就会受到严重阻碍,改革就难以顺利进行。
