目的探讨无痛胃镜下套扎治疗食管胃底静脉曲张患者的临床观察和护理要点。方法回顾性分析77例无痛胃镜下套扎治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者的护理过程,总结该病的临床观察特点、饮食及护理经验。结果 77例患者均治疗成功。结论良好术前心理指导,稳定患者情绪是取得患者配合的前提,术中操作动作轻柔,加强观察和密切配合医生是完成操作及保证疗效的关键,术后绝对卧床休息、严密观察病情变化,严格的饮食管理,是提高此项治疗成功率的保证。
Objective To investigate the clinical observation and nursing points of patients undergoing painless gastroscope ligation for esophageal varices. Methods A retrospective analysis of 77 cases of painless gastroscope ligation of cirrhosis of patients with esophageal varices in patients with nursing process, summarize the clinical features of the disease, diet and nursing experience. Results 77 patients were successfully treated. Conclusion Good preoperative psychological guidance and stable patient sentiment are the prerequisites for obtaining patient cooperation. The intraoperative operation is gentle. It is crucial to strengthen the observation and close cooperation with the doctor in order to complete the operation and ensure the curative effect. After the operation, The diet management is to improve the success rate of this treatment.
