目的探讨超声弹性成像与二维灰阶+CDFI超声在诊断乳腺疾病中的价值。方法选取医院收治的乳腺疾病患者80例纳入本次研究范围,采用超声成像与二维灰阶+CDFI超声检查。对2种检查方法的敏感性、特异性及准确性进行比较。结果超声弹性成像与二维灰阶+CDFI超声诊断的敏感性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但超声弹性成像的准确性与特异性较二维灰阶+CDFI超声诊断高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2种诊断方法联合使用的诊断准确率高于单独采用超声弹性成像诊断率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像在诊断乳腺疾病中有较好的诊断效果,诊断准确率与特异性较高,临床中也可结合二维灰阶+CDFI超声诊断,有利于提高诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic elastography and two-dimensional gray scale + CDFI in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods Eighty patients with breast diseases admitted to the hospital were enrolled in the study, and ultrasound imaging and two-dimensional gray scale + CDFI were performed. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the two methods were compared. Results There was no significant difference in sensitivity between ultrasonic elastography and two-dimensional gray scale + CDFI sonography (P> 0.05). However, the accuracy and specificity of elastography were higher than that of two-dimensional gray scale + CDFI sonography There was statistical significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The diagnostic accuracy of the combination of the two diagnostic methods was higher than that of ultrasonic elastography alone, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast disease have a good diagnostic effect, diagnostic accuracy and specificity of higher clinical CD also can be combined with two-dimensional CDFI ultrasound diagnosis, help to improve diagnostic accuracy.
