为探明李结实低的原因,以5年生毛桃砧青为试材,分别采用整体染色压片法和石蜡切片法观察了李的雄、雌配子体发育过程.结果表明:雄配子体发育较为复杂,开花前,正常雄配子体发育为2细胞花粉;异常雄配子体在花粉母细胞减数分裂后期Ⅱ出现不均等分裂和多级分裂;在花粉粒的发育过程中,部分小孢子内含物较少,有的花粉粒一直处于单核阶段,有的小孢子在单核后期、双核期发生核、质解体,使花粉粒不能进入雄配子体发育阶段,从而导致大部分花粉败育.而雌配子体发育正常,开花前雌配子体发育为7细胞胚囊.
In order to find out the reasons for the low sturgeon, the male and female gametophyte development of 5-year-old peach anvatus were studied by using whole-body tabletting method and paraffin section method respectively. The results showed that the development of male gametophytes was more complicated. Before flowering, the normal male gametophytes developed into 2-cell pollen. In male pollen mother cells, the abnormal male gametophytes appeared heterogeneous division and multistep split in the second stage of meiosis; Some microspore content less, and some pollen grains have been in the mononuclear stage, and some microspores in the mononuclear nuclear, nuclear disintegration, so that pollen grains can not enter the male gametophyte development stage, resulting in most Pollen abortion. The female gametophyte development is normal, pre-flowering female gametophyte development of 7-cell embryo sac.
