人的一生大约有1/3时间是在住房中度过的,住房是仅次于吃、穿位居第三位的基本生活需要之一。住房既是苦盼良居的人们的渴求,也是关系社会稳定和发展的大问题。今年,住宅建设已经被国家确定为新的经济增长点,住房制度改革预计也将有实质性突破。1998年,人们在盼望解决住房问题的强烈愿望中迎来了我国住房改革的不平凡一年。
About one-third of human life is spent in housing, housing is second only to eating, wearing one of the basic needs of living in third place. Housing is not only the thirst for people who want to live in peace, but also a big issue that relates to social stability and development. This year, housing construction has been confirmed by the state as a new economic growth point. Housing reform is also expected to make a substantive breakthrough. In 1998, people ushered in an extraordinary year for housing reform in China in the hope of resolving the housing problem.
