化学是一门建立在实验基础上的科学。在教学实践中教师妥善地安排化学实验,使学生在实验过程中有新发现的感觉,方能取得较好的效果。教师要把每个实验恰到好处地用以验证课堂进述的理论,丰富和补充教学内容;实验时要求学生通过观察现象或得出数据去分析或解释和规纳出原理或概念,从而提高他们的学习质量,获得更多的基础知识和基本技能。因此,要提高中学化学教学质量,必须从抓好化学实验教学着手。 一、用实验教活概念,扩大学生的知识面,课本上的实验安排都是为了某一教学目的而设计的,有的并没有考虑到知识的延伸。如初中化学《实验1-6》把少量二氧化锰放在试管里加热、用带火星的木条插入管口,木条不着火。这个实验验证了二氧化锰受热不分解,没有氧气放出。但是在实验《1-7》里能起催化
