西藏自铸铜币,前后不过50年。然其版别之多,令人咋舌。余多年着意收罗(包括专程进藏搜购),所获颇丰。近几年来又屡蒙在皖诸多藏胞鼎力相助,得益更深。藏历用五行与十二地支生肖两两组合成每60年一循环的近似汉历甲子的周期,叫作“饶穷”。第一饶穷始于北宋天圣五年(1027年)。“年”的藏文为(?),读作“洛”。由藏历查对公历:公历=(饶穷-1)×60+洛+1026。如宣统元年(藏铜币始铸年) 是藏历饶穷15洛43(按习惯可读为15饶穷43洛,下同),即公历1909年。详见附表。
