作者以~3H-TdR掺入体外培养人淋巴细胞的实验资料,用不同模式估算了细胞核的平均吸收剂量。结果表明,Robertson,Rossi和Goodheart法的结果基本一致。Apelgot法的结果偏高,且对细胞核半径不敏感,经适当调整后偏差降低,对半径的敏感性提高。质量平均法的结果也较其他方法高。但对半径为3μm的细胞核,经边缘效应校正后,其结果与其他方法相近。0.27cGy/dis只对半径为4μm的细胞或细胞核有效,不宜盲目应用。
The authors used ~ 3H-TdR spleen cells cultured in vitro experimental data, using different models to estimate the average absorbed dose of the nucleus. The results show that the results of Robertson, Rossi and Goodheart methods are basically the same. Apelgot method results are high, and the nucleus is not sensitive to the radius, the bias adjusted to reduce the sensitivity to the radius increased. The result of the mass average method is also higher than other methods. However, the nucleus radius of 3μm, after edge effect correction, the results similar to other methods. 0.27cGy / dis only for the radius of 4μm cells or nuclei effective, should not be blindly applied.
