用立体定向技术将神经毒性物质海人藻酸注射到大鼠纹状体边缘区,使该区神经细胞体受到破坏、并在注射前后用Y型迷宫实验检查大鼠的学习和记忆功能。结果发现双侧纹状体边缘区受到破坏的大鼠学习和记忆功能明显减退、推测大鼠纹状体边缘区不仅在结构上有其特殊性,而且可能与大鼠的学习和记忆功能有关。
The neurotoxic substance kainic acid was injected into the marginal zone of rat striatum by stereotaxic technique to destroy the nerve cell body in this area. The Y-type maze test was used to examine the learning and memory function of rats before and after injection. The results showed that the learning and memory function of rats damaged in the marginal zone of bilateral striatum was significantly reduced. It is speculated that the marginal division of rat striatum not only has its particularity in structure, but also may be related to the learning and memory function of rats.
