一个蓬勃向上的班集体,必须有一个坚强的领导核心,这个领导核心就是由班干部组成的班委会。因此,加强班委会建设,提高班干部的整体素质就成为班主任工作中一项十分重要的内容。
A vigorous and progressive class must have a strong leadership core. This core of leadership is a class committee composed of class leaders.
