春蜜桃是山东省烟台地区桃的主栽品种,也是国内的优良制罐品种之一。近年来,山东省栖霞县大庄头公社河西大队认真研究春蜜桃的丰产性状,在加强综合管理的基础上,不断改进修剪技术,获得了大面积丰产。这个大队55亩8年生桃园,1976年和1977年总产均达到30多万斤,平均亩产5,450斤。其中10亩805株丰产园,平均亩产达到9,000多斤。其主要经验是:
