为了探讨运动对NAR的影响及其作用机理,作者对27例正常成人分别在运动和无运动屏气及过度通气条件下,采用前鼻测压法测定NAR的变化。结果表明运动和屏气可使NAR明显下降,而过度通气可使NAR明显升高。提示,运动、过度通气等因素对NAR的影响可能与其本身造成气流对气道的刺激作用无关,而可能是由于血气变化诱发鼻交感神经反射所致。因此,临床和实验中测定NAR时需避免这些因素的影响。
In order to investigate the effect of exercise on NAR and its mechanism of action, the authors measured the changes of NAR in 27 normal adults by using anterior nasal manometry with and without exercise-free breath-holding and hyperventilation respectively. The results show that exercise and breath holding can significantly reduce the NAR, and hyperventilation can significantly increase the NAR. The effects of hints, exercise and hyperventilation on NAR may not be related to the airway stimulation caused by airflow itself, which may be caused by the reflex of nasal sympathetic nerve caused by blood gas changes. Therefore, the impact of these factors should be avoided when determining NAR in clinical and experimental settings.
