病例摘要男,57岁,于三年前不知不觉出现尿频尿急,自以为老年之故,没有介意。近二年来尿频加重,白天7～8次,夜尿8～5次,伴排尿费劲,尿线变细、无力、射程短、常一滴一滴的排尿,淋在鞋上,每次排尿时间延长,往往需要按下腹部或鼓肚子才能排尿,但又总觉得有排不完尿的感觉。半年前曾因感冒,突然不能排尿,经导尿及服用“乙烯雌酚”逐渐缓解。之后又出现肉眼血尿,常因血块阻塞引起不能排尿。无尿痛,血尿可自行停止,至今反复尿血4～5次。同时夜尿增多5～6次,
