依据朱砂与配方中其它药材之间的相对密度有显著差异的特性,选用重悬浮液——四氯化碳,经悬浮离心之后,使朱砂与其它药材相分离,然后进行朱砂的化学定量分析。据此,对4种含朱砂的散剂进行了模拟试验,同时与硫氰酸盐法比较。其结果硫氰酸盐法与本法测得朱砂(以HgS计)的回收率分别为95.27~98.80%和93.04~96.40%,变异系数均小于1%。
According to the characteristics of the significant difference in the relative density between cinnabar and other medicinal materials in the formulation, the resuspension, carbon tetrachloride, was used. After suspension centrifugation, the cinnabar was separated from other medicinal materials, and then the quantitative analysis of cinnabar was performed. Based on this, four kinds of cinnabar-containing powders were simulated and compared with thiocyanate method. As a result, the recoveries of cinnamosite (HgS) measured by thiocyanate method and this method were 95.27-98.80% and 93.04-96.40%, respectively, and the coefficient of variation was less than 1%.
