目的探讨健康教育干预活动对学生健康知识的影响,为日后健康教育项目的开展提供依据和思路。方法采用方便抽样方法,以自行设计的自填式问卷为调查工具,对四川、甘肃、陕西3省项目地区共1 633名四年级小学生进行不记名的横断面问卷调查。调查内容包括:学生基本情况、健康知识知晓情况及其健康教育干预活动参与情况。结果 6道健康知识题均回答正确的学生占24.1%,小学生健康知识得分为(4.05±1.67)分。参加讲座、获得宣传材料、参加知识竞赛和健康教育课的学生属于健康知识高得分组者分别是没有参加相应干预活动的2.242,1.593,1.591和2.295倍(P<0.01)。结论 4项健康教育干预活动有助于小学生健康知识水平的提高,应在日后的健康教育项目中加以推广。
Objective To explore the impact of health education intervention on students’ health knowledge and to provide the basis and train of thought for the future development of health education programs. Methods A total of 1 633 fourth grade primary school students in three provinces in Sichuan, Gansu and Shaanxi provinces were surveyed by means of convenient sampling method and questionnaire self-designed questionnaire. The survey includes: the basic situation of students, health knowledge and health education interventions involved in the situation. Results All the 6 health knowledge questions answered correctly, accounting for 24.1%. The score of primary health knowledge was (4.05 ± 1.67) points. Participants in lectures, publicity materials, knowledge contests and health education classes were 2.242, 1.593, 1.591 and 2.295 times higher than those who did not participate in the corresponding intervention (P <0.01). Conclusions Four health education interventions help improve the health knowledge of primary school children and should be promoted in future health education programs.
