扭矩传感器是汽车电动助力转向(EPS)系统中的关键部件之一,为了提高其工作性能,提出了一种针对EPS系统的非接触式扭矩传感器信号采集与处理方案。首先,对传感器的应用环境进行了介绍,给出了传感器探测电感元件的安装方法和电路的框图。接着,对电路的各个模块进行了说明,重点分析说明了基于运放的相敏检波模块和基于数字电位器的智能调整模块。然后,给出了智能调整模块的软件设计流程图。最后,介绍了所用的实验装置,进行了传感器性能测试试验,验证了各个模块的工作及关键点的波形.实验数据表明电路工作稳定,输出线性度较好,能满足汽车EPS系统使用的要求。由于探测部分采用了非接触的工作方式,其使用寿命和性能均优于传统的电阻式扭矩传感器。
The torque sensor is one of the key components in the automobile EPS system. In order to improve the performance of the system, a kind of non-contact torque sensor signal acquisition and processing scheme for EPS system is proposed. First of all, the application environment of the sensor is introduced, and the installation method and circuit block diagram of the sensor detecting inductor element are given. Then, the circuit of the various modules are described, focusing on analysis of the op amp-based phase-sensitive detection module and based on the digital potentiometer intelligent adjustment module. Then, the software design flow chart of intelligent adjustment module is given. Finally, the experimental device used is introduced, the sensor performance test is carried out, and the working and key waveforms of each module are validated.The experimental data show that the circuit is stable and the output linearity is good, which can meet the requirements of automobile EPS system. As the detection part of the use of non-contact mode of operation, its service life and performance are better than the traditional resistance torque sensor.
