大概没有人会否认,语言问题是报刊工作中的一个重要的问题。报纸、刊物运用语言这一基本工具,来宣传党的思想、理论、方针、政策,指导工作,传播科学和文化知识。报纸、刊物是不是能够正确地使用语言不是一个技术性的问题,而是一个具有重大政治意义的问题。我们都记得,1951年6月6日《人民日报》曾经发表过一篇有名的社论,号召我们“正确地使用祖国的语言,为语言的纯洁和健康而斗争”。这个号召推动我们用严肃负责的态度去学习正确地使用祖国的语言,以便更有成效地完成报纸和刊物的宣传任务。现在,经过将近十年时间,我们的报纸、
No one will ever deny that language problems are an important issue in the work of newspapers and periodicals. Newspapers and periodicals use language as a basic tool to propagate the party’s thinking, theories, guidelines and policies, guide its work and disseminate scientific and cultural knowledge. It is not a technical issue that newspapers and magazines are able to use the correct language, but a question of great political significance. We all remember that the People’s Daily on June 6, 1951 once published a famous editorial calling on us to “correctly use the language of our motherland and fight for the purity and health of language.” This call urges us to learn, with a serious and responsible attitude, the proper use of the language of the motherland in order to accomplish more effectively the propaganda tasks of newspapers and periodicals.
