DC is a specialized antigen-presenting cell (APC) located in the lymphatic and some non-lymphoid tissues in the body that plays an important role in the defense of the body’s immune system against foreign pathogenic microorganisms. In vivo migration DCs can originate from DC residing in peripheral tissues, as well as from mononuclear cells in the bloodstream. Studies have shown that some cytokines and environmental factors can affect monocyte differentiation to macrophages or to DCs. Due to the importance of antigen presentation by DC, the ability of DCs to migrate directly affects the strength of acquired immunity. By subcutaneous injection of live or inactivated bacteria or LPS, strong loci are induced
