频出的雾霾天气,已经严重影响到百姓的生活,在调整工业经济结构的同时,要不断加强城市绿化,改善生态环境,基于城市空间的限制,要因地制宜,借鉴世界各地许多城市的做法,重视城市的立体绿化,以提高城市生态自净力。因此,建议:一、完善绿化相关规划,参考世界发达城市的绿化标准,大力推广城市空间立体绿化建设,充分利用各种空间添绿,缓解中心城区绿化建设用地紧张的矛盾。严格制定高标准、高规格、高起点的科学绿化规划,以法律形式确定
