本文研究了加硼铸铁激光热处理后的组织和耐磨性。结果表明,其激光硬化组织由隐针马氏体、点及片状碳化物和残余奥氏体组成。这种组织具有优异的性能,可使加硼铸铁的耐磨性提高6倍以上。
This paper studies the microstructure and wear resistance of boron cast iron after laser heat treatment. The results show that the laser-hardened microstructure consists of hidden martensite, lamellar carbides and retained austenite. This organization has excellent performance, can increase the wear resistance of boron cast iron more than 6 times.
