高校休闲体育教育走向规范化、科学化和普及化的发展道路,必须建设相应的课程教材。文章在阐述休闲体育的产生与发展和课程及专业设置的基础上,探索了教材建设的思路,主要包括六个方面:贯彻休闲体育教育的实施理念,兼顾理论性是体育与休闲教育的结合点,实践性内容以大众休闲健身为主,实现休闲性和健康性的和谐统一,注重内容的先进性、科学性和教育性,教材资源向数字化和移动化转变。
College leisure sports education to standardized, scientific and popularization of the development path, we must build the corresponding course materials. On the basis of expatiating on the emergence and development of leisure sports and the curriculum and professional setting, the article explores the thinking of teaching materials construction, including six aspects: implementing the concept of leisure sports education and combining theory with the combination of sports and leisure education , The practical content mainly focuses on the general public for leisure and fitness, and achieves the harmony and unification of leisure and health.
