面对矿产品需求的日益增加和矿产资源短缺的矛盾,如何利用两个市场,两种资源,实现矿产资源的全球化配置,保障国家的矿产资源安全,是摆在政府和矿业企业面前的一道必须要回答的命题。日本和韩国都是矿产资源比较贫乏的国家,但是在保障矿产资源安全方面却有许多值得借鉴的做法。日本政府制定了完善的全球资源战略和利用国外资源长期规划。
In the face of the increasing demand for mineral products and the contradiction between mineral resources shortage, how to utilize two markets and two kinds of resources to realize the global allocation of mineral resources and safeguard the country’s mineral resources is a task which is put before the government and mining enterprises Propositions that must be answered. Japan and South Korea are relatively poor countries with mineral resources, but there are many lessons to be learned in safeguarding mineral resources.
