目的 :观察金匮肾气丸对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法 :用环磷酰胺制造小鼠免疫抑制模型 ,以巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能 (半体内法 )、免疫器官重量、血清溶血素含量 (分光光度计 )、淋巴细胞转化率、红细胞计数等为指标。结果 :对免疫抑制小鼠 ,金匮肾气丸能提高腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ;能提高胸腺重量 ;能提高溶血素含量 ;能促进淋巴细转化功能 ;能提高红细胞数。结论 :金匮肾气丸具有增强免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的作用
Objective: To observe the immunoregulatory effects of Jinkui Shenqi Pill on immunosuppressed mice. METHODS: Mouse immunosuppressive models were made with cyclophosphamide and macrophages were used to engulf chicken red blood cell function (half-body method), immune organ weight, serum hemolysin content (spectrophotometer), lymphocyte transformation rate, red blood cell count, etc. index. RESULTS: In immunosuppressive mice, Jinkui Shenqi pill could increase phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages, increase thymus weight, increase hemolysin content, promote lymphatic metastasis, and increase red blood cell count. Conclusion: Jinkui Shenqi Pill can enhance the immune function of immunosuppressive mice
