供电企业营销电费核算就是通常所讲的电费审核,属于电费管理中枢。电费核算的质量与电费的回收时间、账务信息的清楚状况以及用电统计报表的准确性有很大的关系。供电企业营销电费核算工作的开展是一项跨部门的综合性工作,在开展的过程中需要相关部门的职工积极的配合与支持,同时还需要应用一套合理的电费核算管理模式,这样才能使得电费核算管理更加科学化和规范化。本文在此基础上首先分析了供电企业营销电费核算工作开展的重要作用,然后提出了几点供电企业营销电费核算工作有效开展的措施,仅供参考。
