上海体育学院从96级新生开始实行学分制,这是教学改革的重大举措。学分制的实行,对于学校多出人才、出好人才,对于今后发展成为全国一流的重点体育大学有着深远的意义。学分制是学校教学管理的一种制度,它与市场经济体制相匹配。为了使学分制产生好的效应,我们在实行学分制的过程中,必须充分认识到学分制产生的各种不同的结果。实行学分制的目的,就是要采取有效措施,巩固学分制的正面效应,限制学分制的负面效应,超前预测学分制的潜在效应,使学分制良性运转。
