规划设计调查成果是编制森林经营方案、组织林业生产建设的重要根据,而森林蓄积量是人们最为关心的调查成果之一。由于目前森林经营水平和人力、财力的限制,对于国营林业局(场)的规划设计调查,一般只能在一个经理期内搞一次调查,对森林资源数据更新一次,这就要求我们的调查成果要有较高的精确度。为此,笔者对规划设计调查森林蓄积量调查方法提出一些看法,供商榷。笔者认为,规划设计调查对于森林蓄积量的调查时,要对小班进行角规测树调查;同时对调查区进行抽样方法总体控制,并使作为总体控制的样地具有连续性。
The results of planning and design investigation are the basis for compiling forest management plan and organizing forestry production and construction, and the volume of forest inventory is one of the surveys people are most concerned about. Due to the current forest management level and the restriction of manpower and financial resources, the planning and design survey of the state-owned forestry bureaus (field) generally can only be conducted within one manager period and the forest resource data is updated once. This requires that our survey results Have a higher accuracy. To this end, the author of the planning and design of forest inventory survey put forward some views for the sake of discussion. The author believes that planning and design surveys for the survey of forest stock volume, the small class angle measurement tree survey; the same time sampling area survey area overall control, and to make the sample as a total control of continuity.
