通过对带孔的45钢试样的拉伸、压缩试验,对试样磁记忆信号与应力集中之间的关系进行了研究。由拉伸和压缩实验得到应力集中和表面磁场畸变的对应关系,发现拉伸和压缩时应力集中导致的磁记忆信号的区别。利用力磁耦合试验对实验结果进行了分析,不仅能够很好地解释实验现象,并能对其他材料和应力集中状态的磁记忆现象进行一定的预测。
The relationship between the magnetic memory signal and the stress concentration in the sample was studied by the tensile and compressive tests of 45 steel samples with holes. The corresponding relationship between stress concentration and surface magnetic field distortion is obtained by stretching and compressing experiments, and the difference of magnetic memory signals caused by stress concentration during stretching and compressing is found out. The experimental results are analyzed by force-magnetic coupling test, which not only can explain the experimental phenomena well, but also make some predictions on the magnetic memory phenomena of other materials and stress concentration state.
