我省第一台20万千瓦中间再热式机组投产运行已有一年,在实践中逐步地掌握了大型机组起动、运行过程中的特点和规律.对起动过程中的热应力、热变形和热膨胀问题,有了一定的认识,并给予了应有的重视,使运行水平不断提高.但对起动过程中,特别是热态起动过程中发生的摩擦振动,还必须予以进一步的研究,否则仍会造成严重的恶性事故.新华电厂~#5机组(N200-130-535/535型)在调整试运过程中,曾发生两次高压转子大轴弯曲事故,使投产拖延了半年之久,其经验教训是深刻的,给国家造成的损失是严重的.现将产生转子大轴弯曲事故的原因,以及转子弯曲和转速的关系作如下分析.
