一、问题的提出校本教研,就是为了改进学校的教育教学,提高学校的教育教学质量,从学校的实际出发,依托学校自身的资源优势和特色进行的教育教学研究。校本教研是基于校级教研活动的制度化规范,其基本特征是以校为本,强调围绕学校自身遇到的问题开展研究。学校是教学研究的基地,教师是教学研究的主体,促进师生共同发展是教学研究的直接目的。
