When a physiotherapist treats a cervical spine patient, there is a common problem that the patient slides on the couch without reverse resistance when doing loose therapy. The traditional solution to this problem is to have an assistant hold the patient’s feet or shoulders to prevent slippage. In recent years, some people use the semi-circular stent to prevent skidding, that is, the semicircular stent fixed on the treatment bed provides a reverse resistance to the patient’s shoulders. All the above methods are effective, but as the physiotherapists increasingly workplaces are not fixed and work alone, often no treatment beds available for semicircular scaffolds are available and no helper can be found to impede the pulling force. A simple and effective solution is to use DDCEM pads. This pad is used for most other purposes in most occupational therapies. Place a large piece of DDCEM pad on the back of the patient
