研究了细胞色素 P4 5 0含量及 NADPH-细胞色素 P4 5 0还原酶活性与苦皮藤素 对粘虫(Mythimna separata)和小地老虎 (Agrotisypsilon)选择毒性的关系。结果表明 ,对照组小地老虎中肠细胞色素 P4 5 0含量及 NADPH-细胞色素 P4 5 0还原酶活性均显著高于粘虫。苦皮藤素 处理后 ,小地老虎和粘虫中肠细胞色素P4 5 0含量均显著高于对照 ,粘虫中毒抽搐期及失水期中肠细胞色素 P4 5 0含量分别比对照升高 1 .4 6和 2 .2 6倍 ,NADPH-细胞色素 P4 5 0还原酶活性分别比对照升高 1 .2 6和 2 .5 6倍 ;处理组小地老虎中肠细胞色素 P4 5 0含量比对照升高 0 .39倍 ,NADPH-细胞色素 P4 5 0还原酶活性略高于对照。由此认为 ,中肠细胞色素 P4 5 0含量及NADPH-细胞色素 P4 5 0还原酶活性与苦皮藤素 对粘虫和小地老虎产生选择毒杀活性有着重要的关系。并且苦皮藤素 对细胞色素 P4 5 0酶系具有一定的诱导作用 ,但对不同昆虫以及同一种昆虫中 P4 5 0酶系的不同组分诱导作用不同
The relationship between cytochrome P450 content and NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity and cepharantine’s selective toxicity to Mythimna separata and Agrotisypsilon was studied. The results showed that the contents of cytochrome P450 and NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase in midgut of control were significantly higher than those in armyworm. After treatment with cepharanthine, the content of cytochrome P450 in midgut of Landrace and Mythimna separata were significantly higher than those in control. 4 6 and 2 2 6 times, NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity increased by 1.26 and 2.56 times respectively compared with the control; the content of cytochrome P450 in midgut of treatment group than control Increased by 0.39 times, NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity slightly higher than the control. Therefore, the cytochrome P450 content in the midgut and the activity of NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase are closely related to the selective killing activity of cetopalin against armyworm and small tiger. And celangulin can induce the cytochrome P450 enzyme system to a certain degree, but it has different induction effects on the different components of the P450 enzyme system in different insects and insects
