1.初期管理(入窖后20天) 入窖初期,害外温度高,地瓜呼吸作用强,易造成窖内高温高湿而引起烂窖。预防措施:入窖初白天打开门窗气眼通风降温。当夜间温度降到10℃时关闭门窗气眼,使窖温稳定在10~13℃,相对湿度控制在80~90%。采用高温愈合处理的,入害后关闭门窗气眼,升温到20℃相对湿度90%,经10天,再降温处理,温度降到14℃左右。 2.中期管理(入窖后20天至翌年立春) 由于窖外温度低,窖内温度高,窖内外温差大,地瓜发热少易受冻。预防措施:随气温下降逐渐关闭门窗气眼。当温度降到12~13℃时,并有继续下降趋势,在地瓜上盖20~26厘米干草。此期窖温以11~13℃为宜,相对温度90%左右。
