改革开放对执政话语提出了新要求,也为党的执政话语创新提供了广阔空间。提高执政话语的科学化、大众化、国际化水平,要求我们善于将执政规律提炼成党的执政话语以充实执政话语的内涵;扩大执政话语的包容性以提升执政话语在不同社会阶层的认同;提高议程设计能力以提高执政话语在国际上的影响力。
The reform and opening up put forward new demands on the ruling discourse and also provided a vast space for the party’s ruling discourse innovation. To improve the scientific, popular and international level of the ruling discourse requires us to be good at refining the ruling law into the party’s ruling discourse to enrich the connotation of the ruling discourse; to expand the inclusiveness of the ruling discourse so as to enhance the ruling discourse in different social strata; and to enhance Agenda design ability to enhance the international influence of the ruling discourse.
