2015年,各地方资产评估协会(下称地方协会)在主管财政厅(局)的带领和指导下,认真学习党的十八届三中,四中、五中全会精神和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,积极贯彻落实党组织的战略决策和工作部署,在资产评估行业创新发展、转型升级的重要时期,主动适应经济发展新常态,自觉服务经济社会发展大局,全力配合中国资产评估协会工作重点,真抓实干,勤勉尽责地落实资产评估各项工作,团结奋进推动资产评估事业共同发展。在加强党的建设,拓展市场服务领域,加强评估准则建设,完善行业自律监管,强化行业人才培养,加大行业宣传力度等方面取得了积极成效。
In 2015, under the leadership and guidance of the department in charge of finance (bureau), the Local Assets Appraisals Association (hereinafter referred to as the local associations) conscientiously studied the spirit of the 3rd, 4th, 5th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the general secretary Xi Jinping series Speech, and actively implement the party’s strategic decision-making and work arrangements in the asset evaluation of innovation and development, transformation and upgrading of the important period, take the initiative to adapt to the new normal economic development, and serve the overall economic and social development, and cooperate fully with China Asset Evaluation Association focus , Work hard and diligently to implement the assessment of assets, work in unity and promote the common development of assets assessment. Positive results have been achieved in strengthening Party building, expanding market services, strengthening the construction of evaluation criteria, improving self-regulation of industries, strengthening personnel training in the industry and increasing publicity in the industry.
