缴费后开机不及时严重影响用户感知,并已占据投诉榜首。通过分析问题现状,从统计数据中找到故障核心诱因,并将其映射到缴费开机流程中,得到建立应急流程的解决问题切入点。接着,提出了基于双层接口的应急方案,从客服接口和HLR接口接入处理故障,形成优势互补的应急体系,有效地解决缴费开机不及时的主要矛盾并保持BOSS与HLR数据的一致性。

By analyzing the status quo of the problem, find the core cause of the failure from the statistical data, and map it into the process of starting the payment and getting the starting point for solving the problem of establishing the emergency process. Then, the emergency plan based on double-layer interface is proposed, and the fault is accessed from the customer service interface and the HLR interface to form the emergency system with complementary advantages and effectively solve the main contradictions of not timely boot payment and keep the consistency of BOSS and HLR data.
