为了提高金刚石钻进的效益,国内许多钻头研究者对金刚石钻头的某些结构参数与地层的适应性关系进行了深入的研究。但对金刚石磨料性能与钻头工作性能关系的研究似乎很少。据文献记载,人造金刚石的铁磁性对其物理化学性能及钻头的工作性能有显著的影响。本文通过试验数据,分析钻探用人造金刚石的铁磁性与其质量及钻头工作性能间的关系。提出人造金刚石的最优化磁选工艺规程和提高金刚石钻进经济效益的途径。
In order to improve the efficiency of diamond drilling, many domestic drill bit researchers conducted an in-depth study on some structural parameters of diamond bits and the adaptability of strata. However, there is little research on the relationship between diamond abrasive performance and bit workability. According to the literature, the ferromagnetism of synthetic diamond has a significant impact on its physicochemical properties and the working performance of the bit. Based on the experimental data, this paper analyzes the relationship between the ferromagnetism of drilling synthetic diamond and its quality and drill performance. The optimized magnetic separation procedure of synthetic diamond and the way to improve the economic benefit of diamond drilling are put forward.
